Regular mail will take a couple of weeks to get there, as it must be irradiated for anthrax. Phone calls will be answered by a staff member, whose job it is to take down what you want and occasionally who you are and what’s your address. E-mail addresses can be found on the websites. E-mails will be counted and summarized, especially if they’re part of a campaign involving a standard message.
